QUAD is an independent, not for profit organisation.

We are a registered charity delivering a programme of Art, Cinema, and digital media as well as workshops, outreach activities education and creative wellbeing programmes. We are committed to access and inclusion in a welcoming space for all to discover, learn and share for non-traditional audiences.

We generate money from a wide range of sources including commercial activities such as the Cafe Bar and revenue funding from Arts Council England and Derby City Council. However, we are still reliant on fundraising activities to support our full programme.

Name A Seat

Donate and receive a metal plaque with your name or message

This is your chance to dedicate a QUAD cinema seat with a custom metal plaque with your name or message. Whether you want your full name, or something more discreet, this plaque will serve as a thank you for your generous contribution.

Minimum donation: £100

After payment, we will be in touch to identify your preferred seat location and the content of your plaque, which will stay in place for one year.

Plus One is a creative partnership that provides free opportunities for young people in care, care leavers and their families to take part in cultural events and engage with the arts in Derby.
Major arts and cultural organisations in Derby have joined forces to provide children in care with opportunities to see and experience live performances, films, workshops, and a host of further arts and culture related opportunities, throughout the city and beyond. Your donation to Plus One makes a massive difference. Experiencing the arts can spark a life-changing journey for a young person in care.
